Are you one of the many people who suffer from intermittent or chronic anxiety?

Have you tried all kinds of therapies and strategies but nothing seems to get to the root cause? Acupuncture and Emotional Freedom Techniques are a dynamic and powerful combination to resolve your anxiety by addressing it on an emotional and physical level simultaneously.

Chinese medicine has been used for thousands of years to treat emotional imbalances of all kinds. There are many diagnostic patterns in Chinese medicine that can result in anxiety. Acupuncture and herbal medicine are effective tools to address these patterns and bring you back into physical and emotional balance and restore your sense of well-being.

“As effective as acupuncture is to treat anxiety it becomes even more powerful when combined with Emotional Freedom Techniques.”

EFT goes to the root emotional cause of your anxiety and eradicates it. This may be something left over from many years ago or a more recent disturbing event. We will work on your anxiety with compassion, kindness and patience.

Anxiety can generate all sorts of other symptoms such as insomnia, digestive issues, anger, inability to concentrate, and hypertension. EFT utilizes a gentle tapping on acupuncture points while verbalizing or just thinking about the specific issue. You will also learn how to tap on yourself for the things that bother you.

We will look at lifestyle behaviors that may be contributing to your anxiety. These could be nutritional factors, dietary or blood sugar issues. Often a breakfast that contains protein and healthy fats, low glycemic snacks throughout the day and limited caffeine will stabilize the blood sugar and reduce the feelings of anxiety.

I have helped people resolve anxiety from job overwhelm, feelings of inadequacy at work, childhood trauma, unidentified causes, fear of relapse while in recovery, and fear of failure, to name a few.

If you’re ready to let go of anxiety and feel better both physically and emotionally, I would love to help you do that.
